HUMBLE BEGINNINGS
Co-founded by Allan and Carol Swanson, Urbanwood Developments is rooted in over 40 years of history as a management and restoration company for properties damaged by fire, flood, mold or contained asbestos. From those humble beginnings, we’ve evolved into a custom home builder and creator of boutique mid-rise condominium communities.
Every aspect of our growth and development has been guided by an underlying humility that always puts the home we built, and the people we build them for, first. From swinging a hammer in the early days to overseeing development, our legacy has been to always build homes and relationships for the long term.
Specializing in smaller, boutique communities that allow us to focus on every detail, Parkvue is Urbanwood’s first significant community in Victoria, and it marks the next step in our growth with many more communities to come.
